Who can donate?
Only individuals can donate from their personal funds; no businesses can contribute. (Political Action Committees have different rules.) The max per race per individual is $4000 (up to the primary and then another max of $4000 can be donated.)
Donations can be from any American citizens regardless of whether you reside in the district or not. No foreign nationals without permanent residence in the United States can donate.
How much does our campaign need?
The cost for a successful State House of Representatives run can reach $75,000. However, we will be doing some unique and interesting educational productions in coordination with the campaign and could use any amount that you are willing to invest into us and liberty at-large. Donations of max limit will earn Executive Producer credit (if desired) on a mini-documentary.
What will you do with my donation?
The majority of the money collected will be used to produce educational mini-documentaries called webisodes that will be published on the internet. These webisodes will involve issues of economic freedom and individual liberty and explain the issues in common sense terms that don't require a degree in economics to understand. We hope that the production value can be of such quality that they will far outlast the campaign.
Other costs will include media advertising and campaign materials.
Another goal of the campaign is to provide as many people within the district copies of the US Constitution and North Carolina Constitution. We are looking for cheaper printers on the NC Constitution but currently we can get a US Constitution in bulk for $.30 each and NC Constitution for $1.00 each. There are approximately 83,000 citizens that live in District 6 so providing each with a copy of both Constitutions might be difficult, we'd definitely like to try.

By PayPal:
Paypal will ask for your address and phone number, but please also include your occupation and employer (required by the Board of Elections) in the notes.
While the max donation for this section of the campaign is $4000, paypal will only accept donations up to $2000, so if you want to make a donation above $2000 we would recommend that you send the donation by mail (Of course, you don't have to donate that much. We'll be thrilled with donations of $5.00 as well.)
